Pit Stop Tagaytay: Mushroom Burger

Mushroom Burger was introduced [to me] by my hubby back in the days when we were still dating. He would usually "kidnap" me, take me for a Tagaytay road trip and casually stop over this marvel (or so at least in his view). There is nothing fancy about the resto, it's actually more of a fast food place, but the cool [Tagaytay] weather and the memories cherished makes it very dear to my heart. Whenever we go to Tagaytay, we make sure to follow this traditional pitstop.

Ahhh... Her first time here!

Simple food + cool breeze + hungry tummies = Tagaytay love!

Mushroom Beef HK
Beef strips with lots of mushrooms in a thick, sumptuous sauce and one whole boiled egg (oh, don't forget the generous serving of rice!) Its been a wonder how its called Hong Kong beef.

Mushroom Burger King
Double patty, double cheese - double the fun!

Chicken Burger
A Special Limited Edition Burger with chicken fillet, omelet and cheese (Hubby was so amazed). It has mayo in it and part of the earnings will be donated to a charity house.

The little girl marvels over the decorum. Her dad told a story that there used to be a toy train by the walls that chug above the heads of travelers that drop by for a quick bite.
