I can't recall any special drink from Starbucks during Halloween so when I got their email about their Dracula inspired drink, I got a little excited. Released just about the same time as the unveiling of the upcoming Christmas drinks, food and planner, Frapula Frappuccino made a quiet debut.

When I got the chance to go to Starbucks last night, I made sure to try it. If you are looking for a nice caffeine boost, this ain't the drink to get. It's basically your Vanilla Creme Frap with a Dark Mocha Sauce base, drizzled with strawberry syrup to make it look like blood. As the official Starbucks poster says, this drink has Spooky Strawberry, Innocent Vanilla and Unearthly Mocha. It's 3 layers of sweetness but I must admit that I liked how the strawberry mixed with the dark mocha sauce. The overall taste, when you mix the layers altogether, was like some ice cream. I kinda liked it. If you come to think of it, it's like your Dark Mocha married with Strawberries and Cream.

Hurry, get this drink while it lasts! You can only grab this until today, October 31, 2015!
P.S. Try adding in a shot or two of espresso for that caffeine kick.
