Our second stop for our Poblacion Pub Crawl was this bar that was reminiscent of the "Red Light District" era of Poblacion. It was the dim kind of place, mostly wooden interiors, open air but with AC provision and still being frequented by foreigners.

Once we got in, we were greeted by a totally different vibe. Relaxed and chill, the place was screaming Mexican all over!

Mexican flags, big hats, colorful wall paintings and Jose Cuervo branding here and there! There was even a corner set-up for live band.
We went here mainly for the cocktails but we got to try their nachos too.

They weren't kidding when they said fully loaded! Ground beef x salsa x cheese sauce x sour cream - I loved how the tasty meat went well with the sauces!

Onto the cocktails, they had us try Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic versions of the cocktails that they came up with using Locally Juices! Some of the cocktails were better off virgin but I must admit that some became more interesting when spiked with alcohol.

Vodka, lime juice, triple sec, cranberry juice and Locally's Tamarind juice - I liked that the sweetness of the juice was reduced when they mixed it with some booze! Such a welcome twist to this classic cocktail!

White Rum, Kamias Juice, lime juice, mint leaves and soda water - I liked this better without the rum.

Tequila, triple sec, lime juice and Kamias juice from Locally with the usual salt on the rim of the glass - this was better without the alcohol.

Vodka, cranberry and orange juice plus Locally's Guyabano juice - this was one refreshing drink with or without alcohol!
It's not easy to alter classic recipes to include ingredients that you aren't familiar with. I have to commend the bar tenders of Jose Cuervo Tequileria for doing a good job overall! They were so game to mix and match using Locally PH's juices and the results weren't bad at all. Will definitely go back to this place to try more of their food!
