Señor Pollo humbly started in Poblacion, offering Latin American flare. Because of it's street side dining ambiance, it was a big hit with a regular following. But since it's located in Poblacion, parking is always a challenge, not to mention traffic. That's why when I got an email from Kat, who I later learned was a part owner, inviting me to their opening in Alabang, I was more than glad!

Their branch in ATC was a little different from the original Poblacion space. This is quite understandable because of the crowd and the overall setting of the area. It was air conditioned, looked very clean and neat but still had that Latin American Street Side vibe from the unfinished walls, colorful wall paintings and the signature Latin American music playing non-stop.
Tagging along my homies from foodsocietyph, Ruth and I met in ATC. They served almost all of the dishes from their menu but we were only able to try the following ---

Nachos Grande was huge! This can feed about 5 while hungrily waiting for the mains. It was loaded with chicken chunks, salsa, pickles, olives, mayo, mustard and a special dressing.

The Grilled Chicken Quesadilla was really good! Each piece was loaded with chicken chunks and lots of cheese! Definitely something I'll order again!

Crispy Chicken Sisig had tender chunks of chicken mixed with onions, chilis and topped with chicken skin and raw egg. I was surprised that this was tasty and yummy!

Lechon Asado was something different! The tasty oily pork belly marinated to give it that salty and a little sweet flavor with the goodness of crispy skin. The Hot Wings, on the other hand, were sour and spicy tender chicken wings, perfect beer match.

I was surprised that their Fried Chicken was good! The batter was tasty, the skin was crispy and the meat was tender and well seasoned. Definitely something you should try here!

Senor Pollo Roast is their signature Latin American chicken, roasted with a special mix of spices - tender, juicy and best paired with their Chimichurri Sauce. Also loved their Cilantro Rice and Fried Plantains!

Aside from the food, they also have a menu for beers, cocktails, wine and spirits. Perfect place for a drink after a hard day's work or a weekend casual dine out with family and friends.
