I love to eat! I love pasta and lately I've been craving for some. It was a lazy Sunday and after waking up early and going out to grab some groceries and breakfast, we headed back home and slept almost the entire day. We woke up really hungry. So, I thought of cooking something out of whatever we have in the ref and storage cabinet. Luckily, I was able to scavenge some stuff. With a little tossing and turning I was able to cook my first ever Pasta Dish from scratch - Creamy Tuna Pasta with Basil.
So, what's in it?
> Pasta boiled in water with a inch of salt and a Tbsp. of oil
> Sauce: cooking oil, garlic, canned tuna, all purpose cream, cheese, basil, salt and pepper to taste
- Saute garlic and add the contents of a canned tuna including all the oil
- Add in the all purpose cream, let it simmer for a while
- Add in the cheese cubes, basil, salt & pepper to taste
- Simmer until small bubbles form
- Pour sauce into drained pasta

And....It tasted surprisingly good! Easy, no fuzz pasta for that quick hunger!
I think I'll be a good cook - in the future!
